The Abbeyfield Homes of Choice Pilot

Abbeyfield England is looking for a Creative Partner to support the pilot phase of our new Homes of Choice Programme.

We're seeking someone with fresh ideas, creativity and strong customer insight to help us understand how Abbeyfield homes are presented to prospective residents and their families, and identify opportunities to strengthen our storytelling, digital content and resident attraction.

This is not a traditional consultancy or property review. We're looking for someone who can bring an independent perspective, challenge assumptions and help us showcase what makes Abbeyfield communities so special.

The pilot will involve reviewing up to six Abbeyfield societies and producing practical recommendations, visual concepts and learning that will help shape the future Homes of Choice Programme across the wider Abbeyfield network.

Contract Details

  • Fixed fee: £1,250 (inclusive of all time and reasonable
  • expenses)
  • Approximately 5–8 working days, delivered flexibly over a 4–6 week period
  • Primarily remote working

If you have experience in areas such as branding, digital marketing, content creation, customer experience, design, communications or storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.

Please download the attached brief for full details of the opportunity, project scope and application process.

Application deadline: 5.00pm on Friday 14 August 2026
