Features
Scott House is in the pretty, vibrant village of Mawnan Smith and offers local amenities such as a grocery store, weekly post office, pub, café, small selection of shops, a church, village hall and a doctor’s surgery. There is also a bus service to the nearby seaside town of Falmouth.
We offer a warm, friendly atmosphere and can accommodate 9 residents over the age of 55. All rooms are en-suite studios or flatlets. Accommodation is provided fully carpeted but otherwise unfurnished so you can furnish yourself to make it your home from home. There is a communal dining room, lounge and conservatory where you can relax and enjoy the view of the garden.
Our cooks provide 2 delicious home cooked meals every day, a main meal at lunchtime and a light meal for tea.
There is a social committee of local, dedicated volunteers who fundraise and organize in-house activities and outings.
The monthly fee includes all utilities, meals and a lifeline service.
