Pennant House is a purpose built, unique Abbeyfield house completed in 2007.
The house is made up of 14 spacious rooms which all have en-suite facilities and lift access to all floors. Completing our home is a large communal lounge and dining room, laundry room and an attractive south facing garden.
Pennant House is situated between Westbourne and Poole close to beautiful beaches and local amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafes, gardens, a local church and more just a stones throw from the stunning Sandbanks peninsula. Branksome train station is close by as well as good bus links to other local towns.
Featured on our website is aerial drone photography of our houses, in the photographs for Pennant House you can see where the house is situated on Spur Hill Avenue and how close it is to the beautiful beaches of Bournemouth, Poole and Sandbanks.
The house benefits from a dedicated House Manager and a fantastic team of staff. Staff are available between the hours of 9am and 6pm daily.
In addition, a Careline call system is provided for the use of residents 24 hours a day. Please be aware that the house is not staffed overnight and should there be an emergency between 6pm and 9am the Careline call system should be used.
Pennant House is managed by Abbeyfield Wessex Society.
