Built in 1900 and renovated in 1992 our elegant townhouse is situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of picturesque Bradford on Avon with its weekly market, library, cafes, restaurants and shops. Approximately 8 miles from the beautiful city of Bath and 3.5 miles from Trowbridge for a further selection of shops, cinemas and theatres with good public transport links to both.

Bradford on Avon house has 12 comfortable apartments each with private bathroom facilities and a kitchenette enabling you to make breakfast at your leisure. Apartments are rented unfurnished for you to style with your own furniture and possessions giving a familiar homely feel.

There is an easily accessible private sunny garden to the rear, an area where our green fingered residents love to help out. There is also parking to the front for visitors.

Our home offers a guest room for your visitors or for anyone wishing to have a trial stay.

Our cooks prepare delicious home-cooked meals which are served in the communal dining room making mealtimes a social occasion. There are fridges on each floor for residents to keep milk and supplies fresh for their own use.

We ensure our residents enjoy a friendly and relaxed homely environment supported by our dedicated, caring house manager and a team of staff who are available between the hours of 9am and 5pm daily.

In addition, a Life Line call system is provided for our residents to use 24 hours a day.
